Monday, May 3: Attorneys on Estate Planning and Elder Law to

Speak Online

Attorney Irina S. Shea will speak online about estate planning and getting your affairs in order on Monday, May 3, at 7:30 p.m. as part of Temple Israel & JCC’s ongoing lecture series. She will discuss different types of estate planning documents such as Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Health Care Directives and the importance of having a comprehensive estate plan. Irina will also explain how documents such as Revocable Living Trusts and Power of Attorneys can help clients plan for incapacity. Senior Counsel Colleen A. Gaedcke, an Elder Law Attorney, will also be present to answer questions on elder law, asset protection, and Medicaid Planning.

Participation is free and everyone is welcome. The Zoom link for this webinar is https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86076247357
