Reconstructionist Art Circle
Visual art can be a great way to get inspired, express yourself, and even connect with your spiritual side! Join us for a fun, low-pressure dive into the world of creative art. Following a short presentation by Rabbi Leiah on the role of visual art and imagery in Judaism through the ages, we’ll do a fun art project based on texts drawn from Psalms and the Reconstructionist prayer book, facilitated by RCBI’s own Roselyn Altman.
Roz says, “Art is inspiring because it provides us with imaginative links to parts of ourselves which might otherwise be inaccessible. Art is reflective of our souls.”
No prior experience necessary — this is a judgment-free zone! $5 materials fee. Refreshments served. RSVP by May 29 to email@example.com.
